Booking for pre-order items require 50% deposit or full payment.
Some of the materials and products are from overseas (Egypt, China, and US). Thus, estimate time arrival (ETA) might delay. For handmade items, we will serve our customers on the first-come-first-serve basis. Please order only if you are willing to wait patiently.
No cancellation after the order has been confirmed, even though the ETA delayed. However, if the production is no longer available, money will be FULLY REFUNDED.
Can I still buy the ‘Sold Out’ item(s)?
Normally our products are exclusive and limited edition especially when it comes to baby ring sling and baby headband. However, you are welcome to email us just in case we can work it out to get the item restocked.
Can I amend my order after I have made payment?
You may contact us at 013-9321994 to make an amendment to your order and we will endeavour to meet your request to the best of our ability. However, do understand that we aim to fulfil and deliver our orders promptly. If an order has already been processed, you are not allowed to amend it anymore.
Why was my order cancelled?
Your order will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive any payment details from you within 2 days.
Can I cancel my order?
No cancellation once the order is sent. Please make sure that you are confirmed before placing the order.
